Profile - Jyothi Pattabhiram

Jyothi Pattabhiram while a Professor of English by Profession, is a Bharatanatya dancer and teacher by passion; a Choreographer spreading the roots of spirituality in dance, in the light of Yoga - Meditation - Srividya Spiritual Practices.

Creatively committed to dance, for more than three decades, Jyothi has taught and inspired thousands of dance-aspirants. Along with her husband Yogacharya Sri Pattabhiram, Jyothi has been spreading the messages of Yoga - Dance - Music - Holistic living and Education in India and abroad, particularly in USA and Canada.

Jyothi Pattabhiram, having received spiritual initiation from Swami Rama , a Great Spiritual Master of the Himalayas, is presently doing Srividya a practice with Guru Sri Satyanandanatha of Mysore, popularly known as Mahamahopadhyaya Dr. R. Satyanarayana, an internationally acclaimed Danceologist and Musicologist and a SriVidya adept.

Vidhushi Jyothi has successfully conducted 22 Ranga Praveshas of her students. Several of her students are Doordarshan Artists, possess proficiency degree and are scholarship holders of both State and the Central Government.
